Unfortunately, the SICK Partner Portal requires so-called « Browser Cookies » to be enabled in order to log you on. Inside your internet browser (in our case, Microsoft Internet Explorer) menu, please go to « Tools » or « Extras » at the right side of your top menu bar. Then, locate the « Internet Options » item, which should be located at the bottom line of the appearing sub-menu:
In the options dialog window, please click on the « Privacy »
or « Data Security » tab as shown in the following screenshot:
Please make sure your privacy level is set to « Medium » or « Medium High » as displayed in the image above. If the slider control is positioned at « High » or above, the SICK Partner Portal may not work inside your browser.
Alternatively, you can override your browser's setting by clicking the « Advanced... » button and manually opting to accept First-party cookies, or add mysick.com to your Allowance list by clicking the « Edit » button at the lower right end of the options window.
When done, please close your browser window, fire up another instance of Internet Explorer, and go to www.mysick.com
